Our translation work is mostly done by computer using AI translation. The only exceptions are the captioned videos, which we caption with AI, but obtain whatever reviews we can get. Please be understanding of the imperfections and realize that no offensive or other problematic language is meant. We know languages have different idioms and word meanings that are unexpected, but we have done the best we can.
If the captions are not working, we have found it can be the browsers. Some browsers (especially Chrome) default to a language, and override some of the captioning. You might try a different browser.
